DISCIPLINE/SUSPENSION

DISCIPLINE/SUSPENSION has been updated for the 2023 season. 

From previous hearings, we have a number of association members who remain suspended or on probation which will be listed hereon.  

• Clayton Nutting, Aberdeen, SD Suspended for the first 5 games of 2022 
  season from all USA Softball play. Will remain on probation for the 2022
  season plus '23, '24, & '25 seasons. all involved to refrain from verbal
  accusations & threats. No physical contact other than what happens with normal play.
  
  
• Melvin Eagle, Sioux Falls, Suspended from play until after June 15, 2022
  probation for the rest of 2022, plus '23, '24, and '25. 
  
  
• Richie Pamier, Ogogla, SD No suspension, file to remain open,
  all involved to refrain from verbal accusations & threats.
  No physical contact other than what happens in normal play. 
  
  
• Nathan Hurst, Watertown, SD Suspended indefinitely or until a request
  for a  hearing. As of June 13th, 2022, the suspension will be removed
  after a requested hearing with the state.
  3 years probation for the rest of 2022 plus '23, '24, & '25 
  
  
• Fawn Janis, Rapid City, SD suspendedindefinitely until a request for a hearing. 
  
  
• Sarah T Hills, Mission Hills, SD suspended indefinitely until a request for a hearing.   
  
  
• Stephanie Ann Ragel, Lennox, SD suspended indefinitely until a request for a hearing.  
  
  
• Larry Koral, Huron, SD suspended indefinitely until a request for a hearing. 
  
  
• Teppence Cruz, Huron, SD, suspended indefinitely until a request for a hearing. 
  
  
• Joseph Panaia, Huron, SD, is suspended indefinitely until a request for a hearing.
